Dual-component cleaning system for MBR hollow-fiber and flat-sheet membranes. The alkaline component (NaOH + NaOCl) removes biofouling and EPS deposits; the acidic component (citric acid solution) dissolves inorganic scale and struvite. Supports both in-situ maintenance cleaning and ex-situ recovery cleaning protocols.
